It’s that time of the month and you notice that your period just did not arrive. Generally, the first thing that your mind runs to is, ‘Am I pregnant?’ Panic quickly takes over. 3. Address your stress: A little stress in life is needed, but chronic stress can completely cause an imbalance in your body.
